We’ll send you a notification text 60 minutes before we arrive. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard. Depending on your location and the local regulations, your poop scooper will either double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can, or place the waste in their service truck to be disposed of with Waste Management. **For horses: We will use your wheel barrow, bucket, pitch fork etc. The collected manure will be placed wherever you normally dump it.

Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other animals, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
